Hvilke anbefalinger er der?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">I 2021 blev der udgivet en artikel, hvor en r\u00e6kke eksperter kom med anbefalinger til rehabilitering af SCAD patienter:  SCAD patienter b\u00f8r v\u00e6re forsigtige med at dyrke intens fysisk aktivitet, da intens fysisk aktiviteter \u00f8ger presset p\u00e5 koronararterierne. Man b\u00f8r undg\u00e5 thoraabdominal pres (vasalve), da dette kan \u00f8ge trykket p\u00e5 koronararterierne. Hjerterehabilitering m\u00e5lrettet SCAD patienter b\u00f8r fokusere p\u00e5 at \u00f8ge den psykosociale trivsel, da man mist\u00e6nker en sammenh\u00e6ng mellem psykosocial mistrivsel og udvikling af ny SCAD. Da SCAD patienten typisk er en unge eller midaldrende kvinde i den erhvervsaktive alder, b\u00f8r hjerterehabiliteringen ogs\u00e5 fokusere p\u00e5 tilbagevenden til arbejdslivet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kilde: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der er forskellige tilbud om rehabilitering i de forskellige regioner i Danmark. Generelt har du krav om traditionel hjerterehabilitering, som udbydes af hospitalet eller kommunen. Der er f\u00e5 steder de har rehabiliteringstilbud m\u00e5lrettet SCAD patienter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r du deltager i hjerterehabilitering er det vigtigt, at du f\u00f8rst starter fysisk tr\u00e6ning 3 m\u00e5neder efter dit SCAD hjertetilf\u00e6lde. Det er de nyeste anbefalinger fra Dansk Cardiologisk selskab, som du kan finde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardio.dk\/hjerterehabilitering\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.cardio.dk\/hjerterehabilitering\">her<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Citat fra Dansk kardiologisk selskab: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Fysisk tr\u00e6ning ved spontan coronar arteriel dissektion (SCAD)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evidensen for SCAD og tr\u00e6ning er sparsom. Der anbefales vanlig rehabilitering, dog frar\u00e5des motion de f\u00f8rste 3 m\u00e5neder og kraftig isometrisk belastning (livslangt). Det anbefales, at der l\u00e6gges et individuelt tr\u00e6ningsprogram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De f\u00f8rste 3 m\u00e5neder efter SCAD anbefales kun let\/moderat fysisk aktivitet, f.eks. g\u00e5- og cykelture uden stor belastning. Egentlig tr\u00e6ning anbefales f\u00f8rst opstartet efter 3 m\u00e5neder mhp. mulighed for heling af koronarkarret.
